How do we find a career that's a perfect fit?

Bombarded with options, how do we make a choice that's a perfect fit for us? This can be a daunting task but it doesn't have to be. It starts with Assessing yourself. Assess Yourself Before you can choose a perfect career, you need to know and understand yourself. Your values, interests, soft skills, and aptitudes, in combination with your personality type. These will give clear indication that some occupations are a good fit for you and others completely inappropriate. Many are multi-skilled but some cannot make a career out of it and others make a career out of one and business out the other. Well somewhat, what I have done. I chose to get a skill set first before an academic level for my career. In old fashion terms I did things backwards. I made a career out of my love for numbers and a business out of my love for fashion and beauty. It's not easy running both, well 2 jobs. At times I feel like a headless chicken running around and other times I'm so proud of my A-game. You always need to be hands on and up to speed with the latest.
